We have known and worked with Pete Ganginis for over 20 years.  During that time he has done two major construction projects on our home as well as several smaller ones.  Our confidence in Pete, both as a contractor and as a person, is so great that we no longer seek competing bids from other contractors.  He is the only person we would use. Both major projects have involved some complex building issues, and Pete and his crew have handled them with great skill.  His work is of the highest quality, and he sees problems as challenges to be met and overcome.  His calm and optimistic manner always leaves us feeling confident and reassured.  He is always available to answer any questions that might arise, even after the project is finished. Pete works with a small crew that is highly skilled.  The atmosphere on the job is very calm and positive.  Our neighbors hired him to do a small project simply based on the quality of the work they saw at our house as well as the way in which Pete interacted with his crew. All of the projects have been finished on time and on budget.  Any overages that came up were discussed and agreed on.  We never had any surprises. Pete's wife, Joanne, is invaluable as a resource for finding fixtures, tiles, and other items.  She has great taste and a very good sense of what we like.  She also keeps in close touch with us throughout the project so that everyone stays on the same page. This may sound a little surprising, but we are always sorry to see Pete and his crew leave when the project is finished.
